No-bake Chocolate Cookie Pops Recipe
You can skip the oven and make No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Pops with any toppings you like.
INGREDIENTS
– 18 chocolate sandwich cookies with cream filling
– 4 ounces cream cheese
– 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chip
– 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
– Assorted sprinkles, crushed nuts or toasted coconut flake
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the cookies in the food processor and pulse them a few times to make small pieces.
Step 1
After you add the cream cheese, pulse the mixture a few more times to make sure there are no big pieces of cookie left.
Step 2
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Squeeze and roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls with your hands.
Step 3
Place the balls on the baking sheet and freeze them for 30 minutes. Then, add a lollipop stick to each one.
Step 4
Stir the chocolate and vegetable oil together every 30 seconds while melting them in the microwave. Do this until the chocolate is completely me
lted.
Step 5
After dipping the cookie balls in the melted chocolate, you can add sprinkles, nuts that have been crushed, or toasted coconut flakes right away.
Step 6
Put the pops back on the baking sheet. Cover them loosely and put them in the fridge for an hour, or until the chocolate is set.
