Raspberry Oatmeal Crumble Bar Step by Step Guide

– 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oat – ¾ cup all-purpose flour – ½ cup light brown sugar – ½ cup unsalted butter – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon salt – 2 cups fresh raspberrie – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 2 teaspoons cornstarch – 1 tablespoon lemon juice



Heat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment paper or lightly butter a 9-inch square baking pan for easy lifting.
