Spinach-artichoke Dip Wonton Cups Recipe

Instead of chips and dip, make these hot and fresh Spinach-Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups.


– 12 wonton wrapper – Cooking spray – 1/2 of a 10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and very well-strained – 1 (8-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup sour cream – 2 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 2 cloves garlic, minced


Warm the oven up to 350°F.  Spray a little cooking spray on the wonton wrappers and place them in a normal 12-cup muffin pan. 

Step 1

When the wonton cups are done, take them out of the oven and set them away. 

Step 2

Chop the artichoke hearts and add them to a medium bowl. Add the spinach and stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and crushed garlic. 

Step 3

Put equal amounts of the spinach mixture into each wonton cup. Then, put the cups back in the oven and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes, until the spinach mixture is warm and the cups are golden brown.
