Unicorn Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Cake: – 1package white cake mixplus ingredients needed to prepare the cake mix – 2teaspoonsvanilla extract – Blue Gel Food Coloring – Purple Gel Food Coloring – Pink Gel Food Coloring Filling: – 2cupscondensed milk – 2cupswhite chocolate chip – 3.4ouncespackage vanilla pudding mix – 3.4ouncespackage strawberry pudding mix – 4cupsmilk Topping: – 8ouncescontainer whipped topping – 1/3cupsprinkle

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish. Add vanilla to cake mix.

Evenly divide batter into 3 bowls. Mix blue food coloring in a bowl. Add purple food coloring to the second bowl. Add pink food coloring to the third bowl.

Put heaping spoonfuls of batter in the baking dish in different colors. Bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes. Make large cake holes using a wooden spoon.

Stir condensed milk and white chocolate for 1 minute in a medium basin until melted. If needed, microwave 30 seconds more.

Evenly cover the pierced cake with mixture. Follow package instructions to mix each pudding mix with 2 cups of milk.

Mix until thickened, then pour vanilla pudding over cake to cover holes. Next, distribute strawberry pudding evenly.

Once room temperature, refrigerate the cake for 6 hours. Frost cake with whipped cream. Top with sprinkles. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
