This quick, delicious Baked Feta Pasta with white wine and fresh basil requires only five ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups cherry tomatoe– 3 Tablespoons olive oil, divided– 1/2 cup white wine– 1 (8-oz.) block feta cheese– 12 oz. uncooked pasta of choice– Fresh basil, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 400°F. In a 13x9-inch baking dish, mix cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Step 1
Push the tomatoes to the sides and add the feta cheese in the center. Over the feta, drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Step 2
Pour white wine over the feta and bake for 30 minutes to soften and roast the tomatoes.
Step 3
While the feta bakes, boil a big kettle of salted water. Add pasta and cook 10–12 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta.
Step 4
After removing the baking dish from the oven, mash and toss the feta and tomatoes with a wide spoon. Stir the spaghetti into the baking dish after draining it. Sprinkle basil on pasta and serve.
