Brownie Recipe Learn like a Pro 

The only failsafe recipe you'll ever need is this one for brownies! Perfectly fudgy, wonderfully gooey, very simple to make, and incredibly delicious brownies!  

– ½ cup butter  – ¾ cup sugar – ½ cup all-purpose flour – ¾ cup cocoa powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon baking powder – 1 tablespoon espresso powder  – 2 large egg – 1 cup chocolate chip



Set the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.


Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium-low heat. Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.


After the butter has melted, add the sugar and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil and then immediately take it off the heat.


Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and espresso powder (if using) in a big basin and mix thoroughly.


Slowly pour in the butter/sugar combination and thoroughly stir. Using a spatula, continue whisking or stirring the eggs until they are well blended. 


 After transferring the batter to the baking pan that has been ready, level the top layer of batter.


For 20 to 25 minutes, bake. The middle of the brownies should appear quite wet, but not raw, and the borders should feel set.


After allowing the brownies to cool in the pan for roughly ten minutes, cut them into squares and serve!
