Delicious Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bar Recipe

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars make gourmet easy like never before! This delectable treat simplifies everyone's favorite French dessert without compromising flavor.  

– 5 ounce graham cracker – 1 cup pecan – ¼ cup butter – 24 ounce cream cheese  – 3 egg – 1 cup sugar (granulated) – ½ cup sour cream – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅛ teaspoon salt – ½ cup sugar  – whipped cream – raspberries  – mint leave

Coat a 9x13-inch baking sheet with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some hanging off the sides for easy removal of bars.

Place all the ingredients for the crust into a food processor, and pulse the mixture a few times until it resembles a coarse, dry meal.

Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish after transferring it there. Put aside.

A hand mixer should be used to thoroughly combine the cream cheese that has been softened.

After adding the eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt, continue to stir the mixture until it is completely smooth and well blended.

Place the cheesecake batter on the crust and bake for 45 minutes until the top is slightly browned.

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely. This can be refrigerated overnight to make it firm and simple to slice.

Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and cut it into bars. It was cut 4x6 for 24 bars.

Cover the bars with granulated sugar. Carefully torch sugar till brown and bubbling with a kitchen torch.
