– 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup (100g) firmly packed light or dark brown sugar – 2 teaspoons baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup) – 3/4 cup milk – 1/2 cup (140g) cookie butter – 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled – 2 large eggs, lightly beaten – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Warm the oven up to 375°F. Preheat the oven and line or grease 18 muffin tins.

Mix the salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and flour together. In the middle, make a well. Put away.
