INGREDIENTS
– 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
– 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 1/2 cups diced yellow onion
– 3/4 cup diced carrot
– 3/4 cup diced celery
– 9 cups low sodium chicken broth
– 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cube
– 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
– 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 (12-oz.) package refrigerated fresh gnocchi
INSTRUCTIONS
Add butter to a large heavy-bottomed stock pot over medium-low heat.
Step 1
After the butter melts, toss in the garlic, onions, carrots, and celery for 3–5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
