Easy Pesto Eggs On Cheesy Toast Recipe

Pesto Eggs on Cheesy Toast is a quick and easy recipe that you can make with or without butter.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 slice bread of choice – Unsalted butter – 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese – 3 Tablespoons homemade or store-bought pesto – 2 large egg – Avocado, olive oil, crushed red pepper, sea salt and pepper, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cover one side of the bread with butter and press the Parmesan cheese into it.

Step 1

Add bread, cheese side down, to a small skillet over medium heat. Make the bread crispy, golden brown, and melted with cheese. Put the toast aside.

Step 2

Spread pesto evenly in the same skillet. Put the eggs in the skillet and heat until the whites are done and the yolks are done.

Step 3

Add pesto eggs to toast with smashed avocado. Dress with olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper, and serve.
