This recipe for Quick Gnocchi with Crispy Garlic is the easiest and cheesiest one. All you need is 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
– 1 (16-oz.) package store-bought (refrigerated) gnocchi– 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter– 2 large cloves garlic, cut into thin slice– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese– 1 Tablespoons chopped fresh chive
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil. Add gnocchi and heat until they float, 2–3 minutes. Drain and reserve gnocchi.
Step 1
Butter and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large sauté pan over medium heat. After the butter melts, reduce the heat to medium-low, add the garlic slices, and swirl continually until deep golden brown and slightly crisped.
Step 2
Turn down the heat. Transfer cooked gnocchi to the pan and stir. Add Parmesan and chives and heat for 1 minute to melt. Serve now.
