Instant Pot Brownie Bites Recipe

Rich, gooey, chocolatey Instant Pot Brownie Bites! Enjoy these simple homemade dessert pops in under 30 minutes. A creative Instant Pot hack for “baking” these is also included!  

INGREDIENTS

– 1cupunsalted buttermelted – 1cupwhite sugar – 1cupbrown sugar – 1/2cupcocoa powder – 1teaspoonvanilla extract – 2tablespoonscoffee – 4egg – 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour – 1/2teaspoonbaking powder – 1/2teaspoonsalt

Lightly coat two Instant Pot egg bite silicone molds with nonstick cooking spray. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

Divide batter into silicone mold wells, filling each about ¾ full. Put silicone lids on.

Pour 1 cup water into the IP bottom. Use a trivet. Place molds on trivet. IP lid lock and vented valve seal.

Cook 20 minutes under pressure. Let the pressure dissipate naturally afterward.

Remove the silicone molds from the IP and let them cool for 10 minutes before removing the brownies.

Place brownies on a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
