Sweet Chili Pineapple Salmon Recipe

Sweet Chili Pineapple Salmon combines sweet and spicy chili sauce, luscious pineapple, and soft flaky salmon fillets. With less than five minutes of prep, you can serve this spicy pineapple salmon in under 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

It is recommended to use cooking spray or olive oil to lightly butter a baking sheet before lining it with foil.

Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.

Place the pineapple rounds or slices in a single layer on the baking sheet that has been prepared from the previous step.

After placing the salmon on top, coat it with the sauce mixture.

Bake for approximately fifteen minutes, or until the food is just done.

To finish, sprinkle some chopped peanuts, cilantro, and green onions on top, and squeeze some lime juice over its surface.
